  • She has taken numerous national and international courses at institutions such as the World Trade Organization, the International Telecommunication Union, and holds the following master's degrees, postgraduate degrees, and diplomas: Master of Business Law and Postgraduate in Economics for Business; Corporate Governance and Boards of Directors Program and Persuasive Leadership from Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania; Certification from the International Centre For Parliamentary Studies (ICPS), United Kingdom in Investment and International Trade; Diplomas in International Law, Intellectual Property, Banking Law, Administrative Law, Arbitration, as well as other courses sponsored by various local and foreign universities.

  • She began her legal work in 2000, when she worked as a Paralegal and later as an Associate Researcher at the Institutionalism and Justice Foundation (FINJUS) until 2003.
  • She served as Legal Advisor to the Regulatory Policies Management and Legal Advisor to the International Affairs Management of the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (INDOTEL), where she participated in the elaboration and revision of regulations and norms related to the telecommunications sector, handling issues such as information society, electronic commerce, and high-tech crimes; and represented the institution at events and before international organizations such as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU); the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission of the OAS (CITEL); REGULATEL, among other organizations. She also worked as a Lawyer at the law firm, Melo Guerrero Office (OMG), developing her practice in the field of corporate law.
  • From 2006 to 2011, she served as Executive Director of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE), becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2012 and President of said entity in October 2014 until October 2015. From this entity, she promoted institutionalism, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the country.
  • In 2010, she founded the legal and business consulting firm Grupo Legalia, where she practiced law in its various specialized areas, specializing in civil and commercial law, telecommunications, film, energy, competition and consumer law, civil aviation and intellectual property, investment, and foreign trade.
  • In August 2016, she joined the management of former mayor David Collado as Legal Director and Secretary General at the National District City Council where she worked on modernization processes, transparency, simplification of processes in urban planning, regulatory reforms for transit, Territorial Planning Plan, Citizen Security Plan, and the innovative rapid response center for citizen demands.
  • On August 16, 2020, by Decree 329-20 of President Luis Rodolfo Abinader, she was appointed as Executive Director with ministerial rank of the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana), from where she has promoted the development of the export sector and the volume of exports as well as the attraction of investment with unprecedented records for the Dominican Republic, being the agency recognized as one of the best in innovative services with the award of the Annual Investment Meeting of 2022 as well as its role in supporting the promotion of exports by the Dominican Exporters Association (Adoexpo).
  • She has been a university lecturer and representative on various councils in the business field. She has received various awards for her professional and social trajectory, including awards for Social Market (2015); recognition in the framework of the National Youth Award of the Dominican Republic, in the category of Overcoming, Personal Achievements, and Business Development, Ministry of Youth (2015); by the National Council of Social Security, for her contributions and work as a member of the Council representing the employer sector (2013); by the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs for her contributions to the country (2010); awarded at the XXXVII Outstanding Youth Awards of 2009 of the Dominican Republic by Jaycees 72 (2010); recognition from the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo for her participation in the General Law of Commercial Companies and Individual Limited Liability Companies (2009).
